Baked Enamel

Baked Enamel is a finishing technology where a specialized wet paint is applied to a wide range of metal products and is then heated in an oven giving a highly durable, smooth finish.  This heating process is at the lower temperature of approximately 150 degrees Celsius compared to powder coating baking at 190 degrees Celsius.

This durable finish is resistant to scratching, chipping, fading and wear and is commonly used on car and motorbike parts.  Colours can be matched to suit.  Baked Enamel is particularly suited exterior use or products subjected to heat.

Baked Enamel is the other major part of our business.   We pride ourselves in our expertise in application of sprayed paint products. We have a variety of spray booths and oven configurations which we can tailor to the specific requirements of each particular job. This enables us to handle not only standard components such as aluminium extrusions like ventilation and air conditioning grilles & components but also motorbike and vehicle parts.  We also specialize in the application of a heat resistant paint on components like fire flues and vehicle parts.

We use only high quality paints from recognised suppliers. We have strong relationships with these suppliers and see them as key partners in our business. Their technical resources add to the expertise we can offer our customers. Their supply means we can coat in a wide range of standard colours and finishes as well as specifically matched colours and effects. We are very happy to discuss and advise on any issues relating to powder coating to ensure you get the right result.
